To say that 2020 was a busy year at Black River Valley Natural would be an understatement. Like many of you, we were busy navigating the complexities of the pandemic operating as an essential business while also trying to keep our team and families healthy and safe. Against that backdrop, we were also rapidly bringing on new store locations and expanding our product line to meet the skyrocketing demand for local dairy products.

Now, as we make our plan for 2021, we want to make sure that we're keeping in touch with our valued community. We have big plans for this year but, ultimately, you're in the driver's seat. As we continue to grow our dairy product line, we're also thinking beyond dairy as well. Bringing you the best the Black River Valley has to offer includes so much more. We want to dream big and we'd like to invite you to give us your thoughts as well.
